1 lb. macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
4 carrots, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 cups Miracle Whip
1/2 to 1 tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt

Cook macaroni, drain and cool.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and chill 4 hours, or overnight.
Makes over 2 quarts of pasta salad.
