Pear Celery Pecan Salad Ingredients: 1/3 cup light mayonnaise 1 tbsp canola oil 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 3 stalks celery, diced 3 large firm, ripe pears 1/2 cup pecan halves
To make Pear Celery Pecan Salad: In a serving bowl combine the first 6 ingredients. Next, stem and peel the pears, quarter them lengthwise and cut out the cores. Dice each quarter into 1 inch pieces. Add pears to the serving bowl and toss. Top with pecans. Chill slightly.
