  1. Wash and cut cabbage into small wedges.
  2. Add chicken broth to a large saucepan and heat over low heat.
  3. Add onion and cook in broth until tender. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add cabbage, imitation bacon bits, caraway seed and salt.
  5. Cover and cook until cabbage is terder, about 8 to 12 minutes.
