- 4 pork chops
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsps flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Brown pork chops on medium heat; remove from skillet.
- Add potatoes, seasonings, flour and milk; mix well.
- Place pork chops on top.
- Cover with snug lid.
- Bring to boil, then simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
