Potato Casserole

• 6 potatoes, boiled for about 10 minutes
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
• 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
• 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick.
2. Blend together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt, white pepper and curry powder.
3. Arrange a layer of potatoes in an oiled casserole; top with layer of egg slices and then a layer of cream mixture.
4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
5. Combine crumbs with cheese and sprinkle overtop.
6. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
