Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes Recipe

• 2 lbs red bliss potatoes, cut-up
• 1 tbsp McCormick Sliced Garlic
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp McCormick Malabar Pure Ground Black Pepper
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsps butter
• 1/2 cup sour cream

1. Cook potatoes and Sliced Garlic in boiling water; 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
2. Drain potatoes and return to saucepan.
3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
4. Mash potatoes, gradually adding remaining ingredients.
5. Mix all ingredient well; potatoes should be fluffy.

Makes 5 Cups
