McCormick's sliced onion will reconsititute in liquid providing your dips, sauces, soups, and marinades with all of the onion flavor you desire.

Recipe: Jeweled Basmati Rice

• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup basmati rice
• 1/4 cup McCormick Sliced Onion
• 1/2 cup diced dried mixed fruit
• 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

1. Bring broth, rice and onion to boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat, cover and cook according to rice package directions.
2. Stir in fruit. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.

Makes 4 cups.
