Review: I have had a bread machine for 2 years and never was happy with the results. I read all the time the importance of the yeast, especially in these machines, but never believed there could be that much of a difference. I ordered the Red Star yeast as a last resort and have just baked about a dozen perfect loaves of bread. Spice Place was easy to order from and I had the product at my door in no time. Great company and a great yeast...to think I almost threw my machine away. Thanks Spice Place making bread is fun again.
