Review: This is a great product!!! I particularly use it to season my Talapia and to make an outrageous chicken salad. The Lime pepper adds an edge that Lemon pepper lacks. (Though both are in my seasoning cabinet. I tend to use the Lime pepper more.) It's great in guacamole and on bar-b-qued chicken or pork chops, as well. Everything that I season with it tastes fuller and more robust. I have shared Durkee Lime Pepper with others (giving them part of my supply) after they have eaten in my home. They reported back that they love it in their recipes as well. I don't have exact measurements for my cooking, because I was taught by a Farmer's daughter (mom) and my grandmother, who both generally cooked by taste. If you wish to have my recipes, I will try to come up with measurements for them. Thank you so much for carrying this product!! I am so glad to know I can replace my current supply when it runs out. You should expand your ratings choices to include EXCELLENT to be more accurate about this seasoning product!!
