• 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4oz can sliced mushooms
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 cup brown gravy mix
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 cup dairy sour cream

Cut beef into thin strips. Cook beef and onion in butter until meat is lightly browned. Stir in water, mushrooms (including liquid), gravy mix, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasional ly. Add sour cream; heat, but do not boil . Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 5.
