• 2 sticks butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 5 tart apples, diced

1. In sauce pan melt 2 sticks butter, 2 cups sugar, and 2 eggs.
2. In mixing bowl mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Add mixture from saucepan. Add 5 diced, tart apples.
4. Put in 9" x 13" pan and bake in 350° F oven for 40-45 minutes.
