Recipe: Broccoli Casserole

• 10 oz pkg chopped broccoli, cooked as directed on the pkg and drained
• 1 cup Minute Rice, cooked as directed on the pkg
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 3 tbsps McCormick Dried Sliced onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 8 oz jar Cheese Whiz

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix well cooked broccoli, rice, mushroom soup, onion, celery and Cheese Whiz. Place mixture in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
