4 slices bacon, diced
3 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp chopped green pepper
4 cups cooked or canned tomatoes
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
dash cayenne pepper
3 cupes cooked rice
2 cups chopped shrimp

Fry bacon and dice.
Add onion, celery, parsley, and green pepper. Cook until onion is clear, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, salt, cayenne, and chili powder. Cook slowly until thick.
Add shrimp and cook until heated.
Serve over rice.
