1 small box Minute Rice (cooked) or 1 cup cooked regular rice
1 tsp granulated onion
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
14 oz Cheese Wiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box frozen chopped broccoli

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Saute celery in butter.
Add rice, Cheese Whiz, onion, soup and broccoli; mix well.
Bake for 45 mins, covered.
