2 cups water 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 tsp salt 1/3 stick butter 1 cup Uncle Ben's Converted Rice 1/4 cup currants 1/4 cup pine nuts
Bring ingredients to boil adding rice as it just starts to boil. Stir once. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook 25 minutes without lifting lid. Serves 4.
