This High Heat Scraper and Spoon Spatula set is heat resistant to 500° F/260° C. They are made of a high heat resistant plastic, and have non-scratch, stain resistant blades. These scrapers are designed to be used in high heat applications and have nylon handles that remain cool to the touch. These scrapers and spatulas are commercial dishwasher safe.
