McCormick Poultry Seasoning is strongly aromatic and has a warm, slightly astringent, slightly bitter taste.  It is designed to impart a characteristic flavor with a sage overtone.  Poultry Seasoning is a blend of thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper, and nutmeg.

McCormick Poultry Seasoning Usage:

• Poultry Seasoning may be used in stuffing for poultry, as well as with veal, pork, and fish. 
• Poultry Seasoning is good mixed with paprika for meat loaf. 
• Add Poultry Seasoning to biscuit batter to serve with poultry for a delightful combination. 
• Poultry Seasoning may also be used in waffles, roasting, broiling, or frying chicken, veal dishes,  stuffed chicken livers, liver pate, chicken soups, chicken and dumplings, chicken pot pie,  pastry for meat or poultry pies, roast turkey, hamburgers, gravy, creamed chicken and chicken, turkey or salmon croquettes.
