Ingredients in Rum Balls

• 1/2 lb vanilla wafers, crushed fine
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup dark rum
• granulated sugar

To make Rum Balls

1. Mix together the crushed vanilla wafers, confectioners sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, corn syrup, and rum.
2. Form into balls (wet palm of hands for easy handling).
3. Roll in granulated sugar and set aside.
4. Let cure for a few days.
