Recipe: Russian Matzo Balls

• 2 eggs pepper
• Sea Salt
• 1/2 cup matzo meal
• 2 tbsp chicken fat
• 1/2 cup water

Beat 2 eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken fat and water. Mix well. Add matzo meal slowly. Put mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours. Boil water in an 8-quart pot. Drop tablespoon of mixture into boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. Makes 12 balls. Serve in chicken soup. Origin - Russia
