- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic pepper blend seasoning mix
- 1 small onion, chopped
- canola oil
- Combine meat, crumbs, egg, garlic pepper blend seasoning and onion.
- Shape into oval patties 1 inch thick.
- Place canola oil in skillet and heat.
- Brown on both sides in canola oil.
- Combine soup and water; pour over meat.
- Cook slowly in covered skillet for 25 minutes.
