Salmon Party Spread or Ball Ingredients

• 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
• 16 ounce can pink salmon, drained and flaked
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp grated onion
• 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
• 1/4 tsp salt

To make Salmon Party Spread or Ball Ingredients

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pack in 3 individual souffle dishes or 1 cup containers.
3. Cover and refrigerate Salmon Party Spread at least 8 hours but no more than 4 days.
4. Sprinkle Salmon Party Spread with parsley flakes, if desired.

To make a Salmon Ball
This may be shaped into a Salmon Ball and rolled in chopped nuts and parsley.

• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 2 tbsps parsley flakes

After refrigerating, roll ball in mixture of chopped nuts and parsley for a Salmon Party Ball.
