Recipe: Sausage Spaghetti Casserole

1 lb hot pork sausage meat
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped pepper
6 oz can tomato paste
6 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsps sugar
1 cup water
2 tsps Parmesan cheese
8 oz box spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put sausage, onion, celery and pepper in heavy skillet.
Stir over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, sugar and water; mix well.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Alternate layers of spaghetti and sauce in greased baking dish, 1 1/2 quarts.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake about 20 minutes.
