Scalloped Oysters

• 2 cans (12 ounces) frozen oysters, undrained
• 3 cups saltines, coarsely crushed
• 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 tablespoons dry sherry
• 1/2 cup melted butter

1. Mince oysters and mix together with all ingredients, except 2 tablespoons butter.
2. Place in lightly greased crock pot and drizzle butter on the top.
3. Cook oysters in crock pot for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, at medium heat.
