- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cream style corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsps butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the egss and milk mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake mixture at 350° F for one hour.
