• 6-8 medium sized potatoes
• 1 can cream of mushrooms soup
• 2 tsps parsley flakes
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1 1/2 chunk of Velveeta cheese, cubed

Preheat oven to 350°F. Peal, dice and parboil potatoes, drain. Mix all ingredients, place in shallow baking pan and bake at 350° until cheese is melted and bubbly.
