Seafood Casserole

• 6 ounce can crab meat
• 6.6 ounce can shrimp
• 1 potato, cooked and diced
• 1/2 cup celery, minced
• 1 1/2 tsp granulated onion
• 1 cup Chinese cabbage,chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 stalk green onions, chopped (optional)

• 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
• 1 tablespoon butter

1. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole.
2. Sprinkle topping over top.
3. Bake in uncovered casserole at 350° F for 1/2 hour.
