Short Rib Delight Recipe

• 3 pounds ribs
• 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1/4 cup catsup
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons sherry
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar

Gravy:

• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 cup water

1. Season ribs lightly with pepper and brown in a frying pan.
2. Combine rest of seasonings and pour over ribs.
3. Cook 1-1/2 hours or until ribs are tender.
4. Thicken gravy with cornstarch and water mixture.
