Shrimp Tofu Patties

1. 1 block tofu
2. 1 small box fresh shrimp,cleaned and chopped
3. 1 small carrot, grated
4. 3 to 4 stalks green onion, chopped fine
5. 3 eggs
6. 2 teaspoons sugar
7. 1 teaspoon salt
8. Accent
   To make Shrimp Tofu Patties
   1. Squeeze out water from tofu.
   2. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
   3. Fry the Shrimp Tofu Patties in a non-stick skillet until brown.
