Use 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts in place of ribs in above recipe. Cook as directed. When done, remove chicken from crock pot, and skim any fat from sauce. Shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to sauce crock pot and mix together. Serve over sandwich or slider rolls along with coleslaw, if desired.
