8 oz can tomato sauce
2 1/2 tbsp minced onion
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
Let sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Stir again.
