- 4 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 8ozs cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp granulated onion
- dash of pepper
- 4 tbsps butter or margarine
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Whip all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
- Place into buttered glass casserole dish.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 40 mins.
- Serve hot.
