  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Pour into sealed container or ziploc plastic bag.
  3. Place steak in marinade and turn to thoroughly coat steak.
  4. Marinade steak for at least 30 mins in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and broil or grill as usual.
  6. Discard marinade.
