  1. In large mixing bowl, mix well ground beef, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into medium sized meatballs.
  3. Heat 2 tbsps butter in a large skillet.
  4. Saute meatballs until brown; remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Add 2 more tbsps butter to skillet and saute onion until they are translucent.
  6. Stir in paprika and flour; cook 3 mins.
  7. Add beef broth and mushrooms to skillet.
  8. simmer for 5-10 mins, until mushrooms are soft and sauce thickens.
  9. Stir in sour cream and simmer until sauce is well blended.
  10. Return meatballs to the skillet and heat thoroughly.
  11. Sprinkle on dill just before serving.
