  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Shell shrimp, leaving tail on; slit in half, wash and devein.
  3. Place in bottom of baking dish.
  4. Lay crabmeat inside of slit.
  5. Combine rest of ingredients for bread covering.
  6. Sprinkle over top of entire dish.
  7. Bake about 20 minutes.
