Recipe: Swedish Meatballs

• 1/4 lb ground ham
• 1 lb lean ground pork
• 1/2 lb lean ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 tsp fine grind sea salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper

Sauce

• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp dry mustard
• 2 tbsps vinegar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ham, pork and beef with eggs, milk, and cracker crumps.
3. Form into medium size meatballs.
4. Place meatballs in a casserole dish.
5. Combine all sauce ingredients together well.
6. Pour sauce over meatballs turning meatballs as necessary to cover completely with sauce.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
