Sweet Mustard Spread Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Coleman’s dry mustard powder
• 1/4 cup whole dry mustard seeds
• 2 tbsp ground turmeric
• 2 1/2 dried tarragon
• 1 1/4 cup boiling water
• 1 cup tarragon vinegar
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 2 tbsp canola oil
• 4 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup dehydrated onion
• 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1/2 tsp ground cloves
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

To make Sweet Mustard Spread

1. Combine dry mustard, mustard seed, ground turmeric, tarragon, dehydrated onion and boiling water in a small bowl and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Pour cooked ingredients into a food processor and then add the mustard mixture and blend for a full 2 minutes.
