2 large tomatoes (diced)
1 lb longhorn (or Colby) cheese (shredded)
1 can kidney beans (strained)
1 lb hamburger (browned, drained, and slightly chilled)
1 tbsp dry taco seasoning
1 cup chopped onion
1 pkg taco chips (crushed)
1 medium jar of salsa

Cook hamburger meat with dry taco seasoning.Layer the lettuce, chips, seasoned hamburger meat, kidney beans.
Top with tomatoes, onion, cheese and salsa.
May use a formed and cooked tortilla as the bowl.
