Product Recipes
- 1 large head lettuce (sliced)
- 2 large tomatoes (diced)
- 1 lb longhorn (or Colby) cheese (shredded)
- 1 can kidney beans (strained)
- 1 lb hamburger (browned, drained, and slightly chilled)
- 1 tbsp dry taco seasoning
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg taco chips (crushed)
- 1 medium jar of salsa
- Cook hamburger meat with dry taco seasoning.Layer the lettuce, chips, seasoned hamburger meat, kidney beans.
- Top with tomatoes, onion, cheese and salsa.
- May use a formed and cooked tortilla as the bowl.
