Preheat oven to 450° F.
Mix well all ingredients except salmon.
Place salmon in a flat baking dish, and pour mixture over salmon.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake at 450° F for 45-50 mins.
Remove salmon from pan and keep warm.
Take 1/2 cup cream or sour sour cream add to sauce in pan and thicken with cornstarch to desired sauce thickness.
Serve over salmon.
