Tuna Tofu Patties

• 1 block tofu
• 1/2 cup dried mushrooms, soaked and chopped fine
• 1 small carrot, grated
• 4 eggs
• 2 cans tuna
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Accent flavor enhancer
• 1 stalk green onion, chopped

1. Squeeze excess water from tofu, and crumble.
2. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Form into patties, the pan fry until brown, flip and brown the other side.
