Brownie Mixture

• 1 pouch of Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In medium bowl, blend together mix, water, oil and 1 egg until moistened (about 40 strokes).
3. Spoon batter into lightly greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan.
4. Set aside.

Cream Cheese Topping

2 cups (16oz) cream cheese, softened
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs

1. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Add 2 eggs and continue to mix on low speed until blended.
3. Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie batter and spread evenly.
4. Bake 40-45 minutes.
5. Cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
6. Store covered in the refrigerator.
7. Drizzle with melted chocolate or chocolate ganache, if desired.
