Ingredients in Vandermint Variations
- 1 pt French vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup Vandermint liqueur
- Green food coloring
- Dark chocolate shavings (or green sprinkles)
- Handful of chocolate chips
To make Vandermint Variations
Put ice cream, liqueur and several drops of food colorful into blender; blend until smooth.
Serve in stemmed glasses, topped with shavings of dark chocolate or green sprinkles.
For variation, make the same recipe, but stir a handful of chocolate chips into the Vandermint mixture.
Freeze until set. (The center will be slushy)
