  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cut veal into serving pieces.
  3. Dip into crumbs, then into egg, beaten with water.
  4. Dip again into crumbs.
  5. Melt butter in skillet; add onion.
  6. Cook until translucent, stirring occasionally; remove from skillet.
  7. Place veal in skillet; brown on both sides.
  8. Place veal and onion in greased 2 qt casserole.
  9. Combine paprika, salt, pepper and sour cream.
  10. Pour over veal; cover tightly.
  11. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
