2 slices bacon
1/2 chopped green or red pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 can string beans (drained)
1 small can mushrooms (drained)
2 cans tomatoes (pulp only)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
Dash Tabasco, salt and pepper
Stuffing crumbs

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Grease an oven casserole dish.
Place bacon in a frying pan and fry until done.
Remove bacon from frying pan.
Brown green or red pepper and onion in bacon fat.
Mix bacon, pepper, and onion in a large bowl with other ingredients.
Turn into greased casserole dish and cover with stuffing crumbs.
Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
