  1. Heat canola oil in large soup pan.
  2. Brown beef cubes in hot oil.
  3. Add water to cover beef cubes.
  4. Add chopped onion and bouillion to pan
  5. Simmer for approx 1 hr or until beef is tender.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and cabbage to cooked beef.
  7. Cook until vegetables are done.
  8. Add tomatoes to soup and cook another 10 mins.
