  1. Srinkle veal with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip veal into eggs, then into flour.
  3. Put olive oil in frying pan and heat.
  4. Brown coated veal on both sides in olive oil.
  5. Cover and cook about 1 hr.
  6. Remove from pan and arrange on platter.
  7. Blend flour and olive oil in pan, add sour cream and make gravy, stirring constantly.
  8. Serve gravy with veal steaks.
