- 6 veal steaks
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup sour cream
- Srinkle veal with salt and pepper.
- Dip veal into eggs, then into flour.
- Put olive oil in frying pan and heat.
- Brown coated veal on both sides in olive oil.
- Cover and cook about 1 hr.
- Remove from pan and arrange on platter.
- Blend flour and olive oil in pan, add sour cream and make gravy, stirring constantly.
- Serve gravy with veal steaks.
