Ingredients in Zabaione

• 4 egg yolks
• 4 tbsps sugar
• 8 tbsps marsala
• 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

To make Zabaione

1. Combine ingredients in top of double boiler.
2. Place over heat; beat mixture constantly until it thickens.
3. Pour into custard cups.
4. Serve hot or cold.
