Recipe: Cheesy Potato Soup

Recipes using Durkee White Pepper

• 1 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes
• 1 cup diced carrots
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup chopped onions

Cook all above ingredients in 4 cups water until tender. Add the following ingredients and heat throughly.

• 1 lb bacon, crisp and crumbled
• 1 cup chopped ham
• 2 large cans evaporated milk
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
• 1 or more cups milk (desired thickness)
• salt and white pepper to taste
