Emeril's Original Essence
The secret to good cooking is in the seasoning. Emeril's Original Essence is perfectly balanced, a blend of spices and herbs to complement meat or fowl, fish, veggies, and pasta. Emeril suggests using Original Essence on everything except Ice Cream! Put some Emeril's Original Essence in a bowl and keep it handy on your counter. Sprinkle Emeril's Original Essence on food before cooking. Add to olive or canola oil, and use as a marinade.
Ingredients: Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Onion Powder, and Other Spices.
