To prepare turkey gravy mix:
- Combine 1 Packet of French's Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix with 1 cup of cold water in a saucepan
- Stir until well blended.
- Stir constantly while heating over medium heat to bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat; simmer, and continue stirring for 1 minute or until thickened.
Microwave Method
- Combine French's Turkey Gravy mix and 1 cup water in a 1 quart microwave oven safe bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Zap on high 3 to 4 minutes, using a 1000 watt (or higher) microwave oven, stirring halfway through cooking, until mixture comes to a boil and turkey gravy thickens.
- Microwave ovens vary in wattage so pay close attention while cooking in a microwave oven.
