One of California's culinary creations, this blend brings the mellow aroma and taste of slowly roasted garlic, accented by colorful red bell peppers, to any dish.
Recipe for Steaks: Blend 2 tablespoons Lawry's Monterey Style Seasoning, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Rub evenly over steaks. Cook as desired. Serves 4
Recipe Suggestions:
- Use 1 tablespoon Lawry's Monterey Style Seasoning per pound as a rub for beef, chicken, pork, fish and other seafood.
- Shake Lawry's Monterey Style Seasoning on steamed vegetables.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of Lawry's Monterey Style Seasoning to 1 pound melted butter and use for dipping fried, baked or grilled seafood.
